We greatly appreciate it if you notify us of any cancellations well in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need of treatment. You can cancel your appointment by contacting us by phone at + 45 88169696 or by sending an email to info@sehestedtand.dk. We do not accept cancellations via SMS, Facebook, or similar platforms.
Our phone hours are Monday–Thursday from 07:15 to 16:30, Friday from 07:15 to 14:30, and Saturday from 07:45 to 14:00. If you wish to cancel outside of our phone hours, you can send an email to info@sehestedtand.dk.
Please cancel in good time
Cancellations should preferably be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 2 hours before, a fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee
The fee depends on the length of time allocated for your treatment. The rates are set in accordance with the Danish Dental Association’s regulations for missed appointments:
