This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need of treatment. You can cancel your appointment by contacting us by phone at [+ 45 88169696](tel:88169696) or by sending an email to [info@sehestedtand.dk](mailto:info@sehestedtand.dk). We do not accept cancellations via SMS, Facebook, or similar platforms. ‍ Our phone hours are Monday–Thursday from 07:15 to 16:30, Friday from 07:15 to 14:30, and Saturday from 07:45 to 14:00. If you wish to cancel outside of our phone hours, you can send an email to [info@sehestedtand.dk.](mailto:info@sehestedtand.dk) ‍ **Please cancel in good time** Cancellations should preferably be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 2 hours before, a fee will be charged. ‍ **Cancellation fee** The fee depends on the length of time allocated for your treatment. The rates are set in accordance with the Danish Dental Association’s regulations for missed appointments: - 30 minutes: 311,27 DKK. - 45 minutes: 605,07 DKK. - 60+ minutes: 1.192,67 DKK. We appreciate your understanding – our cancellation policy helps ensure that we can assist as many patients as possible and make the best use of our time.
